This is soooooo good for you, really, so healthy and taste so great.
1 cup olive oil
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup miso
2 garlic cloves
1 T capers
3/4 t black pepper
3/4 t white pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice

Blend it all in your food processor and chill in fridge for 1 hr. I had it right after I made it and it tasted soooooooo good!
