- 1 (14oz) package extra-firm tofu
- 2 tbls veg. oil
- 1 tbls garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup natural yeast
- Step1
In a seperate bowl crumble tofu in to small pieces... try using a fork or potatoe masher to seperate tofu in to smaller pieces. Place crumbled tofu into a frying pan and saute in the
vegetable oil. - Step2
Cook the tofu for a few minutes and then add the rest of the ingredients.... tossing together lightly... cook for another minute or two and serve... or... - Step3
At this point if you would like to add vegetables or vegan cheese to your eggs do so as you like... cook another minute or two, tossing lightly and serve warm!!! You can also buy vegan or soy bacon to serve along with the eggs!
