Here's my recipe: 1 cup organic stone ground oats 1 cup of organic spelt or whole wheat flour 1 cup organic raw almonds (if you have time sprout them over night) ground in your food processor. 1/2 cup organic shredded coconut 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 cup/or more to taste of organic raw agave nectar (I used the dark) 1/2 cup of organic coconut oil 1/2 tsp vanilla about a half a bar of dark chocolate broken into small pieces or you can do dried fruit, or nuts instead :) and I added just a little of vegan butter :) Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl, then mix the wet ingredients. add wet to dry and mix well. Form 1 inch balls placed on a cookie sheet, press the balls down to flatten. bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. ENJOY!!! They were delicious! I hope the same for you! |
